Tutorial: Your First Post in Wordpress

  Step-by-Step Instructions
  2. On the left side of the screen, under the "Posts" menu, click "Add New"
  3. Type your post in the content area.
  4. Give your story a headline.
  5. Either create a break or give it a headline.
  6. Add it to one of the sub-categories: food, land, safety, schools or high school sports
  7. Add tags (please use previously used tags first before adding new ones)
  8. If you don't want comments, change that setting
  9. If you don't want it to be public, change that setting
  10. If you need to change the publishing start time, change that setting
  11. If you want to set an expiration time, change that setting.
  12. Preview
  13. Make any needed changes
  14. Publish
  15. Check on live site

    3. Article page
    4. RSS feed
